Return and Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
Opened Booster Packs, Booster cases and ETB's cannot be returned or refunded.
If an item or Booster Pack appears to be resealed, a refund will not be issued.
Refunds can be made for the wrong item purchased, or if the product is defective or damaged for individual cards and sealed products on receiving the item.. Photos may be required to evidence damage,
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact our customer service mailbox. If a return is agreed, a label will be issued to your email to return the item.
All items are sent tracked. If refund request is due to non receipt of order, tracking will be checked prior to refunding an order.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to the method of payment used at purchase, providing the condition of the item(s) satisfies our refund policy.
Please include your order number in the subject of any correspondence.
